The McCoy family’s service to Longmont is long and distinguished, we’re lucky to have such dedicated public servants.

It will be interesting to see what gets censored on this site. Is it a “political attack” if I state, for example, that Mr. McCoy is a committed liberal who openly supported President Obama?

And what’s wrong with that stuff, Brad? You’d probably better carefully consider what “liberal” means, and what Jesus is and was, before you commit to your church. Faith without works is dead (see the Letter of James).

Mr. Jolly, in my opinion Sean McCoy is proud to be a progressive (known in some circles as “liberal”). And so am I. You and others like you have attempted to make “liberal” a dirty word. If it is to you and yours, so be it. Others celebrate it and make no apologies.

Brad, as for ‘censored’ you’ll note your comment was moderated live. As long as people follow the commenting rules comments will be posted.

Just wait until Mr. Jolly finds out that Mr. McCoy attends the same church as he does.
